Beatriz de la Caridad Paz has over 15 years of project management training combined with 30 years of Event Planning and Management experience. Her skill set encompasses everything from event design and contract negotiations to venue selection and vendor coordination, ensuring that every aspect of an event is meticulously planned to perfection.
Beatriz started her career working in sales and marketing with Lufthansa German Airlines, later transferring into conference management with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Resorts in Coconut Grove, Florida, followed by Special Events management with Posadas Hotels and Resorts. She worked many years in the non-profit arena helping organize fundraisers and mission-oriented brand awareness campaigns.
